- 16 ounces Olive Oil
- 2 – 3 tablespoons fresh truffles, or dried truffles, chopped
- 1 ml* Truffle Essence
- Heat your olive oil in a pot to 125 degrees.
- Remove from heat. Add your fresh truffles and stir.
- Once the oil is completely cooled add 1 ml of truffle essence using the pipette that is supplied with your TruffleAroma.com order.
- Place your oil in a tightly sealed container and shake well to distribute the flavor.
